Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and [ENTITY NAME/REGISTRATION TBD], operating as KhoXóm ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use KhoXóm
KhoXóm is for people in Vietnam offering or looking for storage space. You need a Vietnamese phone number to create an account. A listing may only be posted for a standalone house or shophouse — under Vietnamese housing law, a condominium apartment cannot be rented out as storage space, and our platform does not permit listing one.
What KhoXóm is — and isn't
KhoXóm is a place for hosts and renters to find and message each other directly. We are not a party to any agreement you make with another user, we do not handle payments between you, and we take no commission. We don't currently run a background-check or ID-verification queue — a host's "verified" badge, where shown, means a KhoXóm team member has spoken with them directly, not that we've conducted a formal identity check.
Your account
One account per phone number. You're responsible for anything that happens through your account, so keep access to your phone number secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
Listings
If you list a space, you confirm you have the right to offer it, and that what you write is accurate — the property type, size, price, and photos should reflect the real space. You're responsible for setting a lawful, honest price and for the condition of the space itself; we don't inspect listings before they go live.
Messaging
Messaging is currently unlocked for renters by a KhoXóm team member directly, rather than through any payment — this is a placeholder for a real access system we intend to build, not a finished product. We may change how messaging access works, including introducing real pricing, with notice.
Fees
Listing and using KhoXóm is currently free, and we take no commission on any arrangement between a host and renter. This may change in future — if it does, we'll tell you before any fee applies to you.
What you agree not to do
Don't post a listing for a property type the law doesn't allow, don't use KhoXóm to store anything illegal, don't scrape or automate access to the platform, don't impersonate someone else, and don't harass another user. We can suspend or remove an account or listing that breaks these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting them, you give us permission to show them to other users as part of the platform working — nothing more.
Arrangements between users
Any agreement you reach with a host or renter — price, access, condition of the space, anything else — is between the two of you. KhoXóm doesn't mediate disputes, and we're not responsible for what happens once you've agreed something with another user off-platform.
No warranty
KhoXóm is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We're a small platform in active development, and functionality can change.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop operating KhoXóm.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, once real accounts exist, ask returning users to acknowledge the new version before continuing to use KhoXóm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Full details of the registered entity and dispute-resolution process will be added here once KhoXóm is legally established.
